Account access

Publisher dashboard access follows successful email verification. A website/property can remain Pending Review without blocking the verified publisher account or other eligible BidLayer products. Account suspension remains available for security, compliance or policy enforcement.

Inventory and monetization

SmartLinks and Website Ads are separate products. Monetization depends on source/property eligibility, compatible approved demand and attributable reporting. A created link, website or zone is not a guarantee of demand, fill, eCPM/RPM or earnings.

Truthful use

Publishers must provide accurate source and inventory information and may not use deceptive, automated, manipulated or policy-prohibited traffic. BidLayer may filter ineligible activity and may pause affected inventory or accounts when required for compliance or security.
